Chest Measurement

Have your friend wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your armpits.
Make sure the tape is parallel to the ground and snug but not tight. Take a deep breath to ensure a comfortable fit.
Record the measurement in inches.
Waist Measurement
Locate your natural waistline, which is typically an inch or two above your belly button.
Keep your stomach relaxed, and wrap the measuring tape around your waist.
